Just to compare: there were 24778 ticket inspections in October 2017, which is by 3596 ticket inspections less than in November 2017.
In November 2017, the maximum number of fare dodgers was fined on trolleybus route No. 15 and tram route No. 1 (265 fare dodgers on each), and the minimum number – on bus routes No. 34 and 54 (one fare dodger on each).
